Co-defining the future state of the organisation and co-design of the organisation including ways of working and clearly articulated expectations and accountabilities, to support future growth and success.

Situation

Continued growth and notable employee turnover provided the catalyst for an exercise to define the organisation, and articulate accountabilities, expectations and ways-of-working to lay the foundation for ongoing business success.

Solution

We partnered to co-define the future state of the organisation (through establishing a People Strategy), and co-design the organisation including ways of working and clearly articulated expectations and accountabilities, to support future success. We adopted a flexible and fit-for-purpose approach, providing expertise and capacity, to support the implementation of initiatives and activities associated with executing the People Strategy.

Outcome

We delivered a blueprint for activities and initiatives in service of delivering the business imperative through a People Strategy providing the foundation to shaping the culture and engaging the workforce in service of delivering on the Business Strategy and Vision, a well-designed organisation to support the current and future service delivery model including job architecture, success profiles and career pathing and an enterprise-wide competency framework to set clear behavioural expectations and support recruitment, performance management and development.
