Situation
A large global capital-intensive company had invested significant sums in technology and processes as part of their asset management strategy. To obtain the maximum return, they engaged Bright People as a trusted partner to support the development of an organisation capability strategy.
Solution
We co-created a capability strategy with immediate improvement actions to drive a measurable return and build momentum, with evidence-based measures of success and ensuring the involvement and buy-in of leadership. We developed a series of planned interventions, and partnered in orchestrating their delivery, remaining true to our principle of ‘not recommending anything we couldn’t deliver ourselves’. We provided capacity through additional delivery resources, bringing in the right skills, experience and energy to drive improvements at planned intervals.
