They turned to Bright People to explore this question with them and figure out how to put in place a solution to predict and support future success in creating a high performing organisation.
Based on our intimate understanding of the business, culture, strategy and history, we defined an approach to review the current leadership capability which was experiencing the impacts of operating in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment. Through a combination of research, engagement with senior leaders and based on our experience, we co-created a set of distilled leadership attributes and underpinning personal characteristics required of leaders moving forward.
