Following the acquisition of a new business, Bright People were engaged to support the strengthening of leadership during a critical time of change.
We completed a discovery exercise to understand the mindset of the team and identify the risks and opportunities. We worked with the CEO to put in place an engagement strategy and alignment workshops in conjunction with providing coaching to the executive team.
The team was able to exceed operational delivery expectations and lead the business through a significant time of change, as a result of changes in ownership and volatility within the industry.
