Bright People partnered with a government department within the Education sector to support setting the direction for future people-led choices and prioritising people investments in alignment with their People Strategy. Bright People co-designed and facilitated a series of Cultural Recharge Workshops to provide leaders and employees with the opportunity to reshape their culture.
Situation
Bright People were invited to co-design and facilitate a series of Cultural Recharge Workshops as part of the first step towards implementing the People Strategy. The workshops set out to re-ignite energy, boost relationships and communication and ultimately provide leaders and employees the opportunity to actively reshape their culture.
Solution
Incorporating inputs from a department wide employee survey, Bright People co-designed and facilitated a bespoke series of Cultural Recharge Workshops, made successful through the collection, synthesis and analysis of workshop feedback ensuring continuous improvement and value-add in real time.

- Successful design and delivery of a bespoke series of Cultural Recharge Workshops.
- Continued partnership through the synthesis and analysis of collective workshop feedback.
