Recognising the role of an effective HR function in delivering better business outcomes, Bright People were invited to co-define and co-design a capability uplift roadmap for >4000 HR practitioners, with a focus on equipping the HR community to strengthen the ability of the organisation to sustainably deliver.

Leveraging our evidence-based solutions, we conducted a review of the current state environment, recent reviews, previous and current development interventions, and conducted extensive engagement with a variety of stakeholder representatives. Data and analytics were leveraged to derive and explore insights, and we applied global research to inform the development of an HR capability model, providing an aligned framework to develop and launch a multi-year capability uplift roadmap.

Bright People were recognised for delivering above and beyond, adding value through the development of a prioritised and joined up roadmap, underpinned by a fit-for-purpose HR capability model and key learning menus, flexibly connecting practitioners to some of the world’s best curated learning content (at low to no-cost).
