Bright People were engaged to help build a workforce strategy to plan, identify, source and manage critical talent globally across three key disciplines (Engineering, Business Improvement and Operational Leadership).
In partnership with the client, we conducted a discovery exercise to understand the business and people strategy along with planned peaks and troughs. Critical roles were identified and good performance was benchmarked. We supported the strategic sourcing and engagement of candidates for immediate requirements and built talent pipelines based on future business requirements while also increasing our client's brand and value proposition in the talent market.
The outcome for our client was an effective, reliable, and responsive workforce plan and sourcing strategy in place including a pool of best talent that had been pre-qualified. This placed our client in a position to supply the best talent across their critical roles and projects, thus having a direct impact on their commercial success through improved business revenue and results.
