Aimed at supporting the ongoing upskilling of those who are early in career, our learning and development specialists led the design thinking and delivery of a prototype, and supported the detailed build of, a guided career pathways framework for their technical workforce.
Situation
With a focus on the skills of the future, the platform Bright People led the development of creating enables a learner, regardless of their aspiration type, to confirm their capability, identify short-term aspirations, and be guided in the recommended learning type, suitable learning options, and time commitments for their ongoing development.
Solution
The user-friendly, simple online platform expanded team member thinking about the available early career options and development pathways, supported them with structure, and also gave freedom to make choices about what learning will work best. This development work was supported by delivery of a change readiness plan and preparation of launch communications support.
